- Control your Infrared (IR) and Radio frequency (RF) appliances on your mobile phone anywhere you are. (RM Pro 4 and mobile phone must be connected to the internet via WiFi/3G/4G/LTE)
- Set timers and schedules on the Broadlink App remotely to operate your appliances.
- Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant enabled. Works with Siri Shortcuts too! Give voice commands to operate your appliances and/or scenes. Imagine coming back to a home and saying “Alexa Hello”, your Lights, Fan, TV and AC turns on whichever way you’ve configured it to.
- IR Blaster (38KHz). Effective range up to 8m subject to interference and Requires line of sight with your IR appliances like your TV, Standing fan, AC. Supports most major brands like Samsung/LG TV, Daikin/Mitsubishi ACs. Line of sight between RM Pro and your appliance is a must.
- RF Blaster (315&433MHz). Effective range up to 10m in a home setting without a need for line of sight. RF appliances are Broadlink TC2S Switches, Broadlink Motorised Curtains, Motorised Blinds and Ceiling Fans. Does note support encrypted RF i.e. Somfy Motorised Curtains etc. Appliance Remote must be either 315 or 433MHz RF Remote in order for RM Pro 4 to be able to learn and control your appliance
- Works only on the new Broadlink App. A short guide will be provided to help you start your journey to a Smarter Living.
- All RM4 product no adapter inside the package, need to be purchase individually
- ❗ RM Pro 4C is NOT compatible with HTS2 Temperature & Humidity Sensor.
- ❗❗ HTS2 is ONLY compatible with RM Pro 4 and RM Mini 4.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently only offer shipping/delivery/on-site measurement/installation in Singapore.
Third-party items (Non SD products):
1. Our in-house logistic team offers free shipping/delivery services within 5-10 working days
2. Charges of local priority delivery with logistic partners are as follow:
– < 5kg – $3.00
– 10.1 – 20kg – $5.00
– 20.1 – 30kg – $15.00
3. Tracking number will be provided via email when an item is shipped by us. If you choose to deliver items via our third-party logistic partners, you may track your item via the tracking number together with a link to our respective partners.
4. Tracking is currently unavailable for our in-house logistic team. However, our Customer Service team may be contacted via the contact form if you do not receive your items within the stipulated timeframe.
